Chandra, our founder and CEO, comes from 30 years’ experience in managing Software projects and products sales, and manage P&L across the world. A natural Business Development & Sales Leader, Chandra engages both SMEs and Enterprise clients, helping them to pursue their Sales and Marketing goals. His speciality includes Outsourcing, Off-shore/Near-shore hybrid model, and Channel Management.
Ina has worked in Technology Sales for 17 years within various ICT companies including IBM and Romsoft. With multi-lingual talents (Spanish, French, Romanian, and English), Ina has secured and successfully completed medium to big size projects in ERP, HRMS, eCommerce, and eGovernance.
Andy comes from a background of 20 years in the direct sales of software products and services in Poland. Having previously worked for AIG and other major corporations, Andy now dedicates his time to the development and growth of SMEs and Start-ups in Poland.
William has 10 years’ worth of experience, working for Off-shore companies in India, in field and inside sales for bespoke products and services. His specialities lie in the sales of Product Engineering, eCommerce, Software Testing, and Life Science solutions.
Irina has worked for 6 years in Inside Sales and Business Development for leading IT organisations. She has experience working with Technology vendors and ISVs in a variety of markets, including USA, Europe and the UK.
Venkat boasts over 30 years of experience in Project Management and Technical Leadership roles in leading IT companies. Having worked in the UK, USA, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and India, Venkat has shown competencies in leading projects and teams within Insurance, Telecom, Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution. Venkat shows strong leadership attributes and has previously managed a team of over 200 in Data Analytics, ERP, .NET and Java stacks.
Ravi has 22 years’ worth of Software development experience. He has displayed proficient Project Management and Leadership capabilities when working with clients in Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail and ICT industries. Ravi demonstrates strong skills in ERPs viz., NAV, Dynamics AX, LS Retail, and Infox LX.
has 3 years’ experience in Market research and Event-marketing for IT firms from India who service the Asian and Middle Eastern market.
Fatma holds 6 years’ worth of experience in Market Research and Digital Marketing activities for IT firms, in Financial, Retail and Manufacturing verticals, across Europe and the UK.
Margaret has 7 years’ experience in Inside Sales for Technology firms across India, USA and the UAE. Margaret, a persuasive Inside Sales specialist, has also shown aptitude for Training, Events, and Consulting services.

Fethi has been a successful Sales Manager for over 15 years in UK, Africa and UAE, acquiring new clients for Oracle, OSI soft and MarketOne - hunting new prospects and opportunities in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, ERP, and CRM implementation or support.
Marcin comes from 18 years of Managing teams in Polish and African markets. A natural entrepreneur, with vast amounts of hands-on tech experience, Marcin previously assisted SMBs and Enterprises with the exportation of their products and services.
Hassan has over 20 years of Sales and Account management roles played in DACH & UK markets. Having worked in Verizon, Dell, Zebra, and Synopsys he has a thorough experience of the entire Sales and Marketing process.
